Hassle Free Refund Policy
Because customer satisfaction is so important to us, we want to make the return process as easy as possible. Below is our 60 Day Hassle Free Return policy.
If you’re unhappy with anything you purchase from us, you are free to return the items for 60 days from the date of receipt, with a full refund excluding the cost of shipping. We ask that you contact us by e-mail or phone to make sure you have the correct address for return. The products must be packed sufficiently and insured before sending, and they must be in excellent unused condition. Lighting products that have been installed are not returnable. We cannot refund custom or personalized orders, special orders, clearance items, gift certificates or bulk orders.
All damaged items will be replaced at no cost to the customer as long as we are notified of the damage within 5 days of receipt.
Promotions and Coupons
We periodically run promotions and coupons, such as free shipping or a discount off a certain purchase amount. These offers are valid from the date they are issued through the expiration date advertised. Use the advertised coupon code when ordering to take advantage of these offers. Only one coupon can be used for a single order.
Personalized or Customized Orders
We cannot refund or accept returns for personalized merchandise. If a product is damaged or if personalization is misspelled, we will replace it at no cost to you.
